We are an authorized channel sales partner of SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Program delivery, certification, and accreditation are subject to the specific program and applicable terms.
3. Eligibility and Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when enquiring or enrolling. For learners under 18, enrolment must be completed by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on the learner's behalf. We may refuse or cancel enrolment if false information is provided.
4. Fees and Payments
Program fees are communicated at the time of enrolment and must be paid as agreed. Fees may change for future batches without notice. Any taxes, payment gateway charges, or certification fees, where applicable, will be informed in advance. Access to training may be suspended for unpaid fees.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the specific program and the terms shared at enrolment. Please review these carefully before paying. Approved refunds, if any, are processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time.
6. Learner Responsibilities
You agree to attend sessions regularly, complete assignments and projects honestly, and behave respectfully towards trainers and fellow learners. You must not share login details, record sessions, or distribute course materials without written permission. We may remove learners who violate these rules.
7. Certificates
Certificates are issued only after successful completion of the program requirements, including attendance, assessments, and projects, where applicable. Each certificate carries a unique ID and QR verification. We may revoke a certificate if it is found to be obtained through misconduct or misrepresentation.
8. Placement Support
We provide career guidance, interview preparation, and placement support as described for each program. This support does not guarantee a job, interview, salary, or any specific career outcome, which depend on individual effort, skills, and market conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, course materials, videos, logos, and project resources are owned by DataEdge Lab or its partners and are protected by copyright and other laws. They are provided for your personal learning use only and may not be copied, resold, or published.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DataEdge Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services, including technical interruptions or loss of data.
